Guitar

Guitar provides rhythm and food for soul it is a form of therapy which enhances your creativity and concentration. 

Tabla

Tabla is the most commonly played drum in North Indian music. It accompanies vocal and instrumental music. 

Synthesizer (Keyboard)

A synthesizer (also spelled synthesizer) is an electronic musical instrument that generates audio signals. Synthesizers typically create sounds by generating waveforms through methods including subtractive synthesis, additive synthesis and frequency modulation synthesis.

In order to foster creativity in children and instil a sense of achievement, we offer  various opportunities for them to create whatever they desire.

Carrom

Carrom is a tabletop game of Indian origin in which players flick discs, attempting to knock them to the corners of the board. The game is very popular in the Indian subcontinent, and is known by various names in different languages. In South Asia, many clubs and cafés hold regular tournaments.

Painting

Painting, the expression of ideas and emotions, with the creation of certain aesthetic qualities, in a two-dimensional visual language. The elements of this language—its shapes, lines, colours, tones, and textures—are used in various ways to produce sensations of volume, space, movement and light on a flat surface. 

Dance

The best way to express yourself is through dance. Students are regularly guided and taught dance by our dance Gurus throughout the session.

French Language

Language helps to express our feelings, desires and queries to the world around us. Words, gestures and tone are utilized in union to portray a broad spectrum of emotions. The ability to communicate in multiple language is becoming more and more important in the increasingly integrated global community.

Chess

Chess is one of the oldest and most popular board games. It is played by two opponents on a checkered board with specially designed pieces of contrasting colours, commonly white and black. The objective of the game is to capture the opponent’s king.

Table Tennis

Table tennis, also known as Ping-Pong, is an indoor game played on a flat table between two players. The objective of the game is to hit the ball over the net and bounce it to the other side of the table in a way that the opponent misses hitting it back. This game is trendy across the world. 

Basketball

Through Basketball, we aim to teach

our students to be good team players

 and improve coordination.

Volleyball

At LBN Ground, coaches concentrate on the technical aspects of the game and encourage players with their expertise.

Handball

Through handball, we aim to increase cardiovascular endurance, improve agility and increase self-confidence and focus of our students.

Skating

The number of skaters at LBN is growing daily. Students have even represented LBN at the international level.

Athletics

Athletics, also called track-and-field sports or track and field, a variety of competitions in running, walking, jumping and throwing events. Although these contests are called track and field (or simply track) in the United States, they are generally designated as athletics elsewhere. 

Gymnastics

From training to diet recommendations, at LBN, students are trained under the guidance of expert coaches.

Karate

Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques. In some styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, and vital point strikes are also taught. 

Judo

Judo, which means gentle way in Japanese, is a martial art which was created as a physical, mental and moral subject  in Japan by Jigoro Kano in 1882. It was derived from the ancient techniques of jiu-jitsu, which is one of the oldest self-defense techniques. 

Yoga

LBN Yoga classes help students reach their full potential by balancing their physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

Cricket

Cricket is played with a bat and ball and involves two competing sides (teams) of 11 players. The field is oval with a rectangular area in the middle, known as the pitch, that is 22 yards (20.12 meters) by 10 feet (3.04 meters) wide. Two sets of three sticks, called wickets, are set in the ground at each end of the pitch.
